Betway becomes official betting partner for the Miami Open tennis

The operator Betway will return to tennis, after closing a deal to become the official sports betting partner of the Miami Open. With the contract signed, the bookmaker will have its brand displayed on the court and digitally when the two-week event takes place at the Hard Rock Stadium, in Miami Garden.

The tournament tends to help increase Betway’s visibility, as it features some of the best male and female tennis players.

The settlement will return Betway to tennis after participating in tournaments such as the Davis Cup and Tie Break Tens. In the latter case, a dispute format only applies to tiebreakers and the winner is the first player to reach 10 points and have a two point margin.

The operator said it is committed to sponsoring major sporting events worldwide. The brand has sponsorships signed in several modalities, such as football, darts, car races and boxing.

“We are incredibly excited to announce our sports betting partnership with the Miami Open. As a globally recognized brand, we are happy to be involved in one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments in the world, which hosts some big names in the sport,” said Anthony Werkman, the CEO of Betway.

The Miami Open will start on March 22, ending on April 4. The deal comes shortly after the bookmakers announced its renewal with Berlin International Gaming, an organization focused on electronic sports, earlier this week.
