Kambi Group plc announced the signing of a multi-year agreement with a subsidiary of Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI), aiming to become the technology and services provider for CDI’s sports betting brand BetAmerica.

Subsidiary bets are currently available in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Mississippi in the United States.

The deal will allow BetAmerica to capitalize on its market access to offer sports betting experiences online and on Kambi’s industry-leading properties for new and experienced players.

Thus, BetAmerica will leverage the betting offer with its integrated online gaming platform that will be powered by software optimized for the USA.

In addition, the company will benefit from Kambi’s proven excellence in the provision of sports betting, with secure technology providing the resources necessary to succeed in the competitive landscape of the United States today.

Kambi’s expectations for the business

Kristian Nylén, Kambi’s CEO, commented: “It is a pleasure for Kambi to partner with CDI and its BetAmerica brand, which has the potential to benefit from access to the existing market and customer database”.
