Hacksaw Gaming has received approval for entry into the Spanish market. This means that the online casino provider has its next step of expansion in the European market.

Hacksaw’s first batch of slot games consists of 20 titles, including Wanted Deal or a Wild, Chaos Crew and Stack’ Em. They are expected to be released in mid-December.

Marcus Cordes, COO of Hacksaw Gaming, said: “It’s fantastic to be ending the year so well; Spain has been on our radar for some time now and it’s great to get approval to gain experience in another of Europe’s regulated markets.”

“2021 has been a year of milestones and we are confident that 2022 will continue this trend. We hope players will enjoy the first batch of our games as we plan to release more content during the first quarter of next year,” added Cordes.

The supplier has recently expanded its presence in the Swedish market after signing a partnership with Svenska Spel Sports and Casino. This agreement was made possible thanks to another partnership with the OpenGaming platform.

Before the Swedish expansion, Hacksaw announced that it received the necessary certification and went into operation in Denmark.

In September 2021, the company signed an agreement with Flutter Entertainment’s, Paddy Power and Betfair, which saw Hacksaw Gaming strengthen its position in the UK.

The supplier’s games are already certified in several other European regions, including Sweden and Latvia.

About Hacksaw Gaming

Hacksaw Gaming was launched in August 2018 with former Multilotto COO Marcus Cordes in the lead. The company started making a scratch card product and eventually evolved its offering to include slots.

In about a year after its founding, the company obtained licenses for both the Maltese and the British, opening up its markets considerably. Its UKGC license is listed under the name HGMT Limited (Hacksaw Gaming Malta).
