Pragmatic Play took the last step in its global expansion strategy for entering the Brazilian market, after signing an agreement with Betmotion. With the partnership, the operator will count on offering slots from the online casino games provider.

“The content of Pragmatic Play slots is very much in demand around the world and we are pleased to be the first partner in Brazil. With an impressive breadth of its portfolio, we hope to bring its products to the Brazilian market and enjoy a long partnership ”, said Alan Brincat, the marketing director at Betmotion.

Soon, Betmotion will be able to offer the entire offer from the supplier, including the latest Jungle Gorilla launch, the Megaways selection and the John Hunter series. In addition, the operator will also have access to Pragmatic Play’s collection of scratch cards and table games.

The agreement confirms the expansion of the supplier to the Brazilian market, as the company continues to grow at a fast pace in Latin America, after the launch of its first hub in the region earlier this year.

Victor Arias, Vice President for Latin America at Pragmatic Play, added: “Betmotion has an incredible reputation as one of Brazil’s leading operators and we couldn’t be happier to do business with them as we enter new territory” .

Arias also commented that “we started to work since the opening of our hub in Latin America and we expect a quick launch through our API integration”.

Pragmatic Play plans to expand in Africa

Last week, the company’s new manager for business in Africa, Solomon Godwin stressed that the supplier planned to expand in a region still largely unexplored by the online gaming industry.

“It certainly has the potential to house the next big game market. South Africa, Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria are preparing to be the continent’s main players in the future. The key will be whether sports bettors can be converted to online players, ”he says.
