Optimove and Gaming Operations Academy announce CRM and Gamification Masterclass following workshop

Optimove, creator of the Positionless Marketing concept and the #1 platform for iGaming player engagement, and the Gaming Operations Academy (Goa LatAm/Brazil) brought together dozens of industry professionals for a free workshop on CRM and Gamification, held at the end of October.

Led by Cátia Santos, an instructor from Goa with extensive experience in the sector, the meeting revolved around the power of CRM and gamification in creating more personalized and effective experiences for gamers, highlighting the role of these strategies in loyalty and retention in regulated markets.

Live online masterclass

Following the success of the event, the organizations announced an online Masterclass on CRM and Gamification in Brazil. The program will be intensive and live, taking place over two days: December 3rd and 4th, 2025, from 4 PM to 6 PM (Brasilia time).

The course will combine theoretical concepts and practical activities geared towards the Brazilian context. In this sense, the focus will be on local solutions, regulatory compliance, and the cultural particularities of the national audience.

Among the topics covered are:

  • The regulatory landscape in Brazil as applied to CRM.
  • Player segmentation and personalization
  • Campaign planning and offer calendar
  • Multichannel communication and essential CRM metrics
  • Practical fundamentals of gamification
