Retail Slot Stability and Table Performance
Despite iGaminig’s gains, retail slot machines continued to generate the most revenue among all gaming types in Pennsylvania, accounting for $199.3 million in June. However, this figure represented a 0.9% decrease from the previous year.
Retail table games generated $77.3 million, a 1.6% increase. These results suggest a modest slowdown in engagement with physical slots, while table games maintain a slight growth momentum.
Past results and the broader market trajectory
June’s figures follow the same trend as May 2025, when Pennsylvania surpassed the $600 million monthly revenue threshold for the first time. That figure reached $601.8 million, a 15.5% increase.
The month was also boosted by the strength of iGaming and sports betting, with retail slots generating $224.9 million and sports betting revenue rising to $59.4 million.
The slight drop in June compared to May’s record total reflects a typical seasonal slowdown, although digital channels remained strong. Combined, the data point to a market undergoing structural transformation, with online channels increasingly central to the state’s revenue base.
With sustained growth in iGaming and digital betting, Pennsylvania remains on track for a potentially record-breaking full year.
