Striker Kaio Jorge, MC Games ambassador, is part of the Brazilian National Team’s squad for the next two 2026 World Cup Qualifiers. Coach Carlo Ancelotti released the list of players on Monday afternoon (25), at the headquarters of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), in Rio de Janeiro.
Having qualified for the World Cup, Brazil will face Chile on Thursday, September 4th, at 9:30 p.m., at the Maracanã Stadium. Finally, they will close out the qualifiers on September 9th, at 8:30 p.m., against Bolivia, away from home.
With 15 goals, Kaio Jorge maintains his undisputed lead in the Brasileirão scoring charts. He has scored 17 goals this season and is enjoying a remarkable career at 23 years old.
After the matches against Chile and Bolivia, Brazil will still play friendlies before the start of the World Cup. This means KJ19 could still have new opportunities in the green and yellow jersey.
“It’s a feeling of gratitude and great happiness. It’s a reward for all the work that was done back then. I’m very happy,” commented Kaio Jorge, in an exclusive interview with MC Games.
It’s worth noting that the center forward has represented the Brazilian national team at youth level. He has played for the U-15, U-17, and U-20 teams, all of which have been packed with goals.
