Betfair, a bookmaker specializing in sports betting odds, carried out an analysis of Fluminense and Manchester City’s chances in the final, including the main candidates to score goals in the game.

The grand final of the FIFA Club World Cup is scheduled for Friday (22), featuring a clash between Fluminense, champion of CONMEBOL Libertadores 2023, and City, champion of the UEFA Champions League 2022/2023.

Manchester City, considered the team to beat, advanced to the final after defeating Japan’s Urawa Reds 3-0.

According to Betfair, in the final against the Brazilian team, Guardiola’s men are the favorites, with a 73% chance of winning the title (odds of 1.28).

The draw, which has not yet occurred in this World Cup and would take the match to extra time, has a 17% chance (odd of 5.5). While Fluminense’s victory is estimated at 10% (odd of 9.0).

Regarding the probability of winning the title, whether in normal time or penalties, Fluminense has a 17% chance, while City leads with 83%.
