Sports data and technology company, IMG Arena, has secured global broadcast and betting rights for the top two divisions of Norwegian football, Eliteserien and OBOS-Ligaen. In the multi-year agreement with Norwegian football, 485 calendar games from April to November of the two leagues – often played on Sunday nights – are covered.

The data brand provides live streaming and information feeds for more than 45,000 sporting events annually, as well as on-demand virtual sports products and front-end solutions, including the UFC Events Center.
IMG Arena’s latest partnership
In December 2022, the organization agreed to acquire virtual sports and casino gaming provider Leap Gaming. The sports data company said the investment will grow its sports betting content portfolio, with the deal building on the existing partnership between the two parties.
IMG Arena President Freddie Longe said of this acquisition, “When we invested in Leap Gaming in 2018, our goal was to create official products and unlock new revenue streams and forms of fan engagement for our customers.”
