The Paraíba State Lottery (Lotep) carried out an action on responsible gaming at the Paraíba Agronegócios Expo Fair 2025. Held at the Henrique Vieira de Melo Exhibition Park, in João Pessoa, on Saturday (20). The activity aimed to guide the public on safer and more conscious betting practices.
During the event, the Lotep team spoke with fairgoers about the importance of responsible gambling. They also distributed informational materials on the topic.
Lotep Superintendent Petrônio Rolim and members of the Responsible Gaming Commission, including President Graziele Batista, were present. Psychologist Crislany Barbosa de Melo, a guest at the event, also spoke with the audience about mental health and problem gambling prevention.
According to Graziele Batista, carrying out educational initiatives in spaces like Expofeira expands the reach of Lotep’s message. “The fair brings together thousands of people and provides an environment for dialogue and connection with the population.”
“Bringing the responsible gaming agenda to an event like this is crucial, as it allows us to provide accessible guidance and contribute to a more conscious future in the use of lotteries,” he added.
