A FA CHAI Gaming intends to expand its operations in both Latin America and Europe by 2026, according to Rachel Pien. She also explained that the company is focusing on two main pillars: renewing its products and launching new features that appeal to gamers.
“We want players to feel this when experiencing our games: that they are playing something they are very familiar with and something they are enjoying, so that they come back and repeat the action many times,” he added.
She also added that FA CHAI takes into account the preferences of both players and customers. “We try to customize our games to suit the requirements and to match what they like.” We strive to keep up with all the changes happening in this sector and to continuously improve.”
Expansion of FA CHAI
The executive stated that FA CHAI is already well established in the five main Asian markets: the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, China, and Bangladesh. “We are now trying to expand our operations to Latin America and Europe.”
In Latin America, she highlighted the certified presence in the regulated Brazilian market, as well as the pursuit of certification in Peru. However, the company is also interested in other countries in the region, such as Argentina, Chile, and Colombia.
“In the European markets, we are also trying to expand and are talking to local operators about the possibility of increasing our content very soon. We respect their requirements and needs, and we try to find out what they like. We do our best to meet their needs.
Game portfolio
Regarding the portfolio, Rachel Pien emphasized that FA CHAI began its activities with a predominance of Chinese-style games . “Now we have different themes that I think will appeal to the other players globally. For example, our new games Bad Rich Wolf and Muscle Fortune Cat were launched recently, and will be loved by players all over the world.”
According to her, the company’s plan is to develop at least one game per month. “We are trying to develop more games that suit the preferences of our players, taking into account the needs of our customers,” she concluded.
