Guarani Futebol Clube announced, last Saturday (30), its new main sponsorship for the last matches of the Campeonato Paulista: the betting company Bigbet.
In this sense, even with a contract valid only until the end of the competition, the Campinas club affirms that the agreement represents a significant commercial move. Thus, the partnership reinforces its positioning as a modern club, attractive to the market and attentive to great activation opportunities.
Who was in charge of the negotiation?
The club’s current management, led by president Rômulo Amaro, was responsible for signing the new contract.
With the direct involvement of Adriano Hintze, head of the club’s Marketing department, the partnership reinforces a solid, results-oriented commercial plan.
Betting sponsorships in Brazil
Recent research has indicated growth in betting sponsorships in Brazilian football by 2025
According to the Sponsorship Map study, conducted by Ibope Repucom, the Série A of the Brazilian Championship featured 164 different brands throughout 2025, representing a 24% increase compared to the previous year, when 132 companies were present on the uniforms.
Thus, BigBet‘s arrival at Guarani further increases the number of sports betting brands on the shirts of Brazilian teams, which represent the third largest segment among sponsorships in the country.
For now, betting companies are only behind the financial sector, which leads the ranking, and the “real estate, construction and finishing” sector, which occupies second place among the segments that sponsor the most teams in Brazil.
A successful debut
Guarani’s first match with the new logo on their jersey couldn’t have gone better. On the field, Guarani beat Ponte Preta 1-0 in Derby 213.
The victory propelled the team to 4th place in the championship, giving them a strong chance of qualifying for the next phase.
