Exclusive: Muriel Le Senechal details Fast Track’s expansion plan

During BiS SiGMA South America, Muriel Le Senechal recalled an event promoted by Fast Track, focused on CRM. The workshop took place in March and implemented a personal project of the executive.

“There is a serious problem of lack of maturity when it comes to structuring a real company, which is regulated. Operations struggle to implement it, they have incredible technologies and don’t know how to use them”, he highlighted.

“It was a CRM workshop, from basic to master, everything that is being done best in the most mature markets to raise the level of our sector. We want to bring education to everyone. It was a long-term movement to show that we can always do better and that the industry needs to become more professional. That was the objective”, he added.

What is Fast Track’s plan for the next five years?

According to Muriel, Fast Track is already consolidated in Brazil. Therefore, the focus now is on expanding the business. “Now we are expanding both in Brazil and Latin America. We are very strong in Europe and Asia, and our plan is to expand over a five-year period,” he explained.

Furthermore, she detailed that the company has the complete product. “We have the best CRM in real-time data, more than 2500 data points that are used as segmentation and triggers. We also have bonus abuse prevention tools and one for incredible gamification, connected with all segmentation, acting in real time and talking to the player”, he declared.

But it doesn’t stop there. Fast Track also intends to incorporate artificial intelligence into operations. “Putting natural language into operations. This will change the game”, he concluded.
