Responsible gaming has always been a priority for Monara Shainny, CEO of PlayerCore. In an exclusive interview, she explained her company’s operations and how it uses technology to boost the business of its partner operators.
“Regulation was a victory for everyone. Everyone expected different results, but the market has taken off and grown again. I see responsible gaming as an ally today. Those who can work and promote it correctly can have more sustainable operations and help prevent the market from collapsing,” he stated.
For Monara, 2025 is the year of operational efficiency. “We are being forced to accelerate the professionalization of the market. The buzzword of the moment is retention. It’s something I advocate: understanding the best way to retain and retain players who have the opportunity to play. That’s where responsible gaming comes in,” he explained.
Use of technology
PlayerCore’s CEO also highlighted the need to leverage technology to benefit businesses today. “PlayerCore was born with AI . My background is in programming, so I’ve always been immersed in this field. It’s impossible not to leverage technology to your advantage. We have proprietary software, where I use all this intelligence to help operators identify key bottlenecks throughout their journey.”
Furthermore, Monara emphasized that the company was founded with the goal of being a movement of constant change. “This movement is focused on retention. Everything we understand that can contribute to the iGaming market—initially focused on Brazil, but not limited to us—we will deliver. One of our commitments is to deliver monthly. That’s our role: to contribute to the industry,” he concluded.
