The German Football Association (DFB) and Tipico have announced an extension to their partnership. The leading German sports betting provider, which already sponsored the men’s and women’s DFB Cup, will now become an official partner of the German 3rd league. The new agreement will come into effect on July 1, the start of next season. It will also run for three years, extending until the end of the 2027/2028 season.
The collaboration includes exclusive advertising rights in the 3rd division. Among the benefits, the presence of the Tipico and league logos on the right sleeve of the uniforms of all third division teams stands out.
In addition, the brand will have visibility in the stadiums through advertising on the perimeter of the field and digital rights. The financial resources of the contract will be distributed mainly among the 20 clubs participating in the competition each season.
