Lototins, a lottery originally from Tocantins and active throughout the state, stands out for offering participants trust and transparency while also enabling important investments in sectors such as healthcare, social assistance, and sports. The transfer of part of the proceeds benefits essential areas for the population of Tocantins.

Article 2 of Law 4,136/2023 determines that the state lottery allocates 10% of the amount collected to cancer treatment in Tocantins.

The company also allocates 5% of its revenue to support the activities and services of the state’s APAEs. Additionally, Lototins allocates another 10% to implementing and improving sports projects and services.

The The company’s executive director, Eduardo Paiva, highlighted that these are just some of the sectors covered. Eduardo Paiva stated :

“Every Tocantins resident who places a bet on Lototins will also have the privilege of providing crucial support to these areas, which are always in need of financial support to survive. And we at Lototins are proud to contribute in this way.”

Sense of belonging

Executive Eduardo Paiva also emphasized that the operation of the state lottery helps to strengthen residents’ ties to the region.

According to him: “We are active and expanding in the state. And we have truly felt this sense of belonging, as the people of Tocantins value what we do here so much. Especially knowing that it is legal, monitored by the State Treasury (Sefaz), and contributes to investments in sports, health, and social assistance.”

About Lototins

Lototins began as the state lottery of Tocantins and, since its launch on February 18, has operated under a 20-year concession granted by the state government. Furthermore, the consortium manages certified physical and virtual games using modern technologies, including video lotteries.

However, an injunction temporarily suspended betting and machine operations in June, a decision that was overturned by the Court of Justice in early July. Thus, Lototins remains focused on transparency and legal compliance.
