Cactus Gaming CEO Thiago Garrides made his iGaming industry debut at ICE Barcelona 2026. He stated that he was impressed by the quality, scale, and volume of business generated throughout the event.
Furthermore, Garrides highlighted that the company is undergoing a reorganization process. “We have significantly increased the level of corporate governance, restructured the company, and, in parallel, are making substantial investments across the entire infrastructure area,” he emphasized.
According to the executive, ICE has shown a strong trend towards the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), a movement that Cactus has also been following. “We should close this year with a new platform, new features, and a significant differentiator for our clients. We expect to double in size this year,” he stated.
According to Garrides, Cactus currently stands out as “the largest independent platform in the Brazilian market. When we exclude operators with their own platforms, Cactus dominates the market. We have extensive expertise and our platform complies with Brazilian regulations.”
The CEO also highlighted the speed of service as one of the company’s main differentiators. “Our service is, in fact, a level above our main competitors. We are in Brazil, our team is mostly composed of Brazilians. So, we are able to have a very good understanding of the market.”
Finally, Garrides emphasized that Cactus’s projected growth is mirroring the positive performance of its clients. “This growth I’m talking about is keeping pace with our clients’ revenue. Our clients expect everyone to see an increase of at least 50%,” he concluded.
