Pinnacle, one of the world’s leading sports betting operators, has officially announced the hiring of Paloma Tocci as its new ambassador in Brazil.
Currently responsible for the sports segment of Jornal da Record, as well as the Esporte Record program and the channel’s football broadcasts, the presenter assumes the position of main face of the brand on the national stage.
The weight of regulation in a World Cup year.
The partnership comes at a strategic time for the iGaming market and the sports calendar.
“It’s a very important year for the football calendar, especially because we have the World Cup. The betting market is fully integrated and regulated in Brazil and in the way Brazilians experience football,” Paloma points out.
The journalist also emphasized that associating her image with a company present in over 100 countries and with 25 years of experience attests to the solidity of her career in the media.
What will be the presenter’s role in the partnership?
The agreement stipulates that Paloma will represent Pinnacle not only at in-person events and live streams, but will also have a strong presence in the digital environment.
She will be the direct link to the public for promotional activities and, fundamentally, to reinforce the message of responsible gaming and the educational pillar of the platform.
Throughout 2026, the journalist will host a series of content pieces focused on conscious digital entertainment.
According to Álvaro Souza, CMO of Pinnacle in Brazil, the choice was strategic.
“She is a communications professional with extensive experience and credibility in the national market, making her the perfect partner to bring us closer to the public, help spread the brand image and, of course, raise awareness about responsible gambling,” he says.
Established career in television.
A graduate in journalism from FIAM-FAAM, Paloma Tocci has built a solid and recognized career in broadcast television.
For over 22 years, he was one of the leading figures at Grupo Bandeirantes, where he also hosted the “Tocci Falando” column on BandNews FM radio.
In 2024, the presenter moved to Record, taking on a leadership role in the network’s sports coverage and broadcasts.
