Before that, the company had already closed collaborations with <strong>Major League Soccer (MLS)<\/strong> and <strong>La Liga<\/strong>, in Spain. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the companies, the platform will have access to official data from the Italian Serie A, and the <strong>Polymarket <\/strong>brand will be integrated into the league&#8217;s digital and media channels in the United States.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shayne Coplan, founder and CEO of Polymarket, said<\/strong>: <em>\u201cThe next phase of sports engagement will not be defined by more content, but by more participation.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coplan added:<\/strong> <em>\u201cPrediction markets offer fans a way to actively interpret the game in real time, and the partnership with Serie A brings this model to one of the most followed leagues in the world at a time when American interest in the sport is at a record high.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Serie A seeks to grow in the North American market<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <strong>Serie A<\/strong>, the agreement is part of the competition&#8217;s international expansion strategy.
