The Women in the Gaming Industry Association (AMIG) celebrates the launch of the AMIG Podcast. This new content project aims to amplify female voices and promote inspiring conversations about the betting market, technology, and entertainment.

The project debuts this Thursday, October 16th, at 7 pm, with a special live broadcast on AMIG’s Instagram
featuring the association’s founders. The first episode will air on Spotify and YouTube, marking the beginning of a new phase of communication for the organization. AMIG’s work has been steadily gaining ground and recognition within the gaming industry.

According to Natalia Nogues, founder and director of AMIG and host of the program, the podcast is a space to celebrate talent. “AMIG was born from the courage of women who believed that the gaming industry could be more diverse, inclusive, and representative. The podcast is an extension of this purpose, a space to showcase the talent, vision, and strength of the women who are transforming the market,” she states.

Three permanent staff, one purpose: to value those who make the market happen

With biweekly episodes and an average length of 1.5 hours, the AMIG Podcast boasts a dynamic format. The content is divided into three segments that balance information, humor, and behind-the-scenes insights from the industry:

A look at the market: light and accessible analyses of the main trends, innovations, and movements in the gaming industry, with the perspective of those who live the sector behind the scenes.

Bet For AMIG: a relaxed space for curiosities, unusual stories and behind-the-scenes information, the human and fun side of the industry that few people know about.

Bate-Bola – Quick Game: closing with short, direct and personality-filled questions, revealing a little more about the guests and their backgrounds.

Each episode will feature renowned professionals as well as emerging talent, creating bridges between generations, fields, and realities. The goal is to show that gaming is made up of real people, who share challenges, learning experiences, and achievements.

“We want each episode to be a genuine conversation—inspiring, informative, yet also lighthearted and entertaining. The AMIG Podcast reflects our essence: unity, representation, and passion for what we do,” explains Águeda Yóshii, coordinator of the AMIG Commercial Committee and co-host of the project.

A space to inspire and connect

The AMIG Podcast was created with the purpose of bringing the association closer to its members and partners, reinforcing the organization’s mission to value the female presence and foster opportunities within the gaming ecosystem.

More than a series of interviews, the project aims to be a meeting point for ideas. We want to present experiences and visions for the future, where each guest can share their journey and contribute to a more ethical, innovative and collaborative sector.

The tone of the show reflects this premise: a lighthearted and genuine conversation, led by two professionals with in-depth market knowledge. However, it showcases people who make a point of maintaining spontaneity and a sense of humor as their trademarks.

Visibility, credibility and purpose

In addition to inspiring, the AMIG Podcast also establishes itself as a showcase of credibility for brands and companies that want to join a positive and transformative initiative.

AMIG offers exclusive sponsorship packages designed for organizations that wish to support the project and, at the same time, strengthen their image with the industry public.

Quotas include brand presence on platforms, mentions during episodes, content integration, and special activations, allowing each partner to authentically connect with a highly qualified audience.

The strength of a community that grows with each episode

Since its founding, AMIG has been expanding its impact and consolidating a support network among women from different areas of gaming, from marketing to operations, from technology to legal.

With the launch of the AMIG Podcast, this network gains a new platform to generate dialogue, inspire change, and strengthen female representation in one of the most dynamic sectors of the digital economy.

“We want to show that gaming is a place for everyone who loves innovation. Each story told in the podcast is a way to inspire more women to take up positions and believe in their potential within the industry,” reinforces Natalia Nogues.

Invitation to the gaming sector

The AMIG Podcast premieres this Thursday, October 16th, at 7 p.m., with a pre-launch livestream on Instagram @amig.bet. The first episode will then be available on all major platforms (YouTube and Spotify).

The association invites all women who work or want to work in the gaming market to follow the program and become part of AMIG, strengthening a community that grows, shares, and transforms. Become an AMIG member and actively participate in this positive revolution in the gaming market.
