Sportradar and European football governing body UEFA have announced a multi-year extension of their exclusive betting data rights agreement, expanded to include the non-exclusive right to distribute data to non-betting media.
Additionally, the agreement provides Sportradar with access to certain advanced tracking. The enriched data will enhance the company’s cutting-edge AI products and services, enabling it to provide innovative technology solutions to its customers.
The contract covers all UEFA club and national team competitions. So the list is as follows:
- Champions League,
- UEFA Super Cup,
- Europa League,
- Conference League,
- Women’s Champions League,
- Euro Feminina 2025,
- European qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup,
- European qualifiers for Euro 2028,
- Nations League,
- European Under-21 Championship 2025 and 2027,
- International friendlies.
In total, Sportradar can now offer over 900 high-profile matches each season. An increase of almost 33% compared to the previous cycle, as a result of the new formats that will be introduced for UEFA club competitions at the start of next season.
UEFA and Sportradar extend integrity agreement
UEFA and Sportradar have also extended their long-standing 15-year integrity partnership.
To support UEFA’s Anti-Match-Fixing Unit, the cooperation encompasses dedicated intelligence and investigation resources, robust and systematic betting monitoring and educational services to support the prevention, detection and investigation of match-fixing.
