EstrelaBet closes partnership with the Brazilian Beach Soccer Team

On Tuesday (16th), during an official statement, EstrelaBet – the leading company in the sports betting sector – confirmed its presence as sponsor of the shirt of the national team, which aims to win the sixth FIFA World Cup title this season.

The national Beach Soccer team of Brazil has officially won a new partner in its journey in search of the sixth star on its shirt. EstrelaBet, a renowned company in the sports betting sector, has formalized its support for the team that will participate in the FIFA World Cup this season.

The collaboration had already been revealed along with the company’s support to the futsal national team in December of last year, but now it takes on a new dimension with the launch of the shirt that Brazilians will wear at the Dubai Cup, in the United Arab Emirates, in November .

“Beach Soccer is, without a doubt, a sport with Brazilian DNA. It is no wonder that we have won so many titles and now, with the reinforcement of this partnership, we will continue firmly towards winning the sixth star”, highlighted the president of CBF, Ednaldo Rodrigues.

The Brazilian national team won nine world titles in a period from 1995 to 2004, in 10 editions of the World Cup held before FIFA took over the organization. As of 2005, football’s governing body became responsible for the sport and has already promoted 11 editions of the World Cup. During that period, Brazil won five titles, while Russia won three, Portugal won two and France won one.

“This partnership is not a surprise, but it is very good to formalize this support for the Brazilian Beach Soccer Team. Brazil has always been hegemonic in the modality, and this jersey carries a lot of history, with many stars who have already worn it. Being able to have the EstrelaBet brand next to this shield is a source of pride for us”, said the head of sponsorships at EstrelaBet, Rafael Zanette.

Brazil secured its place in the World Cup by winning this year’s Copa América undefeated, with an impressive campaign of 6 wins in 6 games, scoring 55 goals and conceding only 16. In the final, there was a dominant victory by 13 to 5 about Argentina. In addition to Brazil, Argentina and Colombia will also represent South America in the tournament.

Other participating teams will be Egypt and Senegal, from Africa, Oman, Japan and Iran, from Asia, in addition to the United Arab Emirates as host country. The competition will also feature qualified teams from Central America (2), Oceania (1) and Europe (4).
