Sportradar has announced the launch of Insight Tech Services, a suite of autonomous artificial intelligence (AI)-led solutions for in-house use by sports betting operators. Insight Tech Services was launched as a complement to Sportradar’s Managed Trading Services (MTS) and features trading, risk management and marketing tools.
It is designed to allow bookmakers to optimize performance and achieve a deeper understanding of their business and their customers through AI solutions.

In terms of trading, the service generates custom betting odds designed to offer more accurate pricing. It also offers bespoke betting markets to increase sports betting margins and improve the customer experience.
Risk management tools process an enhanced level of information about bet tickets, allowing operators to examine the risk associated with a specific player account, bet or sporting event, limiting a sports betting operator’s financial exposure.
Insight Tech Services also offers automated player categorization, which allows operators to customize the sports betting experience for their customers.
