Betano is the new Master Sponsor of the Universidad de Chile

Betano, Kaizen Gaming’s international online gaming brand, has announced a master sponsorship deal for the Universidad de Chile men’s and women’s professional football teams. The contract, valid for three years, was made official this Monday, January 3rd.

We really want to start collaborating closely with the team and fans,” commented Julio Iglesias Hernando, Commercial Director of Kaizen Gaming.

Universidad de Chile President Michael Clark mentioned: “We are delighted that Betano has become our new Principal Partner. It is a very important alliance and one that fills us with pride, as it explicitly includes the women’s team in the contract. We hope that this union comes full of sporting successes, as all fans of the club expect”.

Partnerships with major clubs around the world

With this agreement, the Chilean team joins a list of important global clubs sponsored by Betano. The group includes Atlético Mineiro and Fluminense, in Brazil; Sporting Lisbon, Porto and Benfica in Portugal, while in Chile it joins Deportes La Serena.

The agreement represents Betano’s first sponsorship of a women’s soccer team and the timing couldn’t be better, considering the great sporting phase experienced by the Universidad de Chile team after the title in 2021 and the excellent participation in the Copa Libertadores Feminina, where it arrived to the semifinals.
