DraftKings Partners Sports Betting, DFS and igaming with NHL

DraftKings Inc has agreed to become the official sports betting, DFS and igaming partner of the United States Hockey League (NHL). To complement the deal, the company has also struck a deal with Turner Sports, including Bleacher Report, to be the exclusive sports betting and fantasy sports provider.

Under the terms of this collaboration, DraftKings will have access to NHL assets, including the use of official brands and logos, as well as themed sweepstakes during the regular season, All-Star Weekend and during the Stanley Cup Playoffs and final. The company will also feature a variety of content integrations across the league’s digital media platforms.

NHL CEO Believes DraftKings Agreement Will Deepen Fan Engagement

The partnership will also see DraftKings provide sports betting information and daily fantasy content on Turner Sports broadcasts and Bleacher Report digital channels. Integrations include betting odds and daily fantasy stats, original content and personalized alerts.

Turner Sports signed a multimedia rights deal with the NHL in April, bringing the Stanley Cup Final and Stanley Cup Playoffs to TNT for the first time, involving a 50-game regular season schedule.
