Betsson completes purchase process of Peruvian bookmaker Inkabet

SW Nordic Limited, a subsidiary of Betsson AB, finalized last Friday, October 1st, the acquisition of Peruvian online gaming company B2C Inkabet, a fast-growing online sportsbook and casino in the South American market .

Inkabet presents itself as the first online sports bookmaker in Peru. Created 9 years ago, the company currently offers bets on football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, electronic sports, virtual sports and live betting.

It is noteworthy that Betsson aims to create value for its brands in the global online gaming market. This acquisition strengthens and expands the company’s presence in Latin America, a strategically important region.

The expectation is that this purchase will boost the scale of its business and allow for advances that will positively impact its financial results as of the fourth quarter of this year.
