BetMGM becomes first LPGA Tour betting operator and official partner

The LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) has entered into a long-term agreement with BetMGM. As such, BetMGM has become “Official Betting Operator and Partner” on the LPGA Tour, a series of professional golf tournaments featuring the top golfers on the planet.

Under the terms of the contract, BetMGM will display LPGA odds on its platform’s betting menu, along with the PGA Tour, European Tour and other leagues and sporting events. In addition, the bookmaker will have the right to use the official LPGA Tour partner logo in campaigns and in the promotion of its betting products and services.

“As a leading company in the sports and entertainment sectors and already supporting women’s golf, BetMGM is in a unique position to join the LPGA family as an official betting operator,” said Brian Carroll, senior vice president of distribution LPGA global media player.

Carrol added: “Sports betting and digital games are essential elements for the future of sports and BetMGM is at the forefront of both opportunities. We are happy to partner with them, as we seek to provide more ways for our fans to interact with the LPGA and learn about our incredible athletes ”.

Matt Prevost, the director of revenue at BetMGM, also commented on the officialization of the settlement. “We are looking forward to working with LPGA and interacting with its fan base through our market-leading products. BetMGM has access to multiple players on the LPGA Tour

Thanks to the partnership with MGM Resorts, BetMGM already has access to numerous members of the LPGA Tour, such as players Natalie Gulbis, Danielle Kang, Cristie Kerr, Alison Lee, Anna Nordqvist and Michelle Wie West.
