One of the main football players in activity in Brazil, striker Cristiane, from Santos, closed a deal recently with Betmotion. Since then, she has become one of the sports betting club’s ambassadors.

Cristiane values agreement with Betmotion

In an interview, the Brazilian team player commented on the relevance of partnerships of this type for the development of the sport in the country.

“I had dreams early in my career about achieving goals. Especially within the modality that has always had a lot of difficulty in structural terms, in terms of visibility. So I wanted to sign a contract with large companies. But I was wondering if one day it would happen ”, he declared.

She added: “I would go abroad and see what happened to athletes in their countries and visibility and think ‘damn it, why can’t we have this in Brazil?’ I went to get things done in my career at the age of 35, after the World Cup “.

For all this, Cristiane valued the partnership made with the betting house. “I am very happy that Betmotion looked at me for the athlete that I am, the titles that I have, but in personal, communication terms, being a reference for the athletes, I am proud and happy for this achievement”.

In the player’s view, women’s national football goes through a period of valorization and development due to the efforts of experienced athletes or who have even ended their careers.

“I play with the girls that today they eat steak. We gnaw the bone. My previous generation, nothing, actually, right? They have visibility over the modality, the shirt clubs, if practically everyone has, to have women’s teams. I saw how this has improved ”, celebrated Cristiane.

Player does not think about retiring from the lawns

With more than two decades of career, Cristiane accumulates Pan American titles, Copa America, Libertadores and Champions League. However, the 35-year-old does not yet think about “hanging up her boots”.

“I have a story inside Santos, it’s marked at the club, there’s no way for anyone to delete it. There are achievements, artillery, everything we have created. I have affection for the clubs that I pass. Regardless if it is a passage not as positive as I would like, but we get something nice. I don’t think to end my career yet, I think I have wood to burn, a lot to happen ”, he declared.

In addition, the Tokyo Olympics also serve as motivation for the Santos player, who will certainly be among those summoned by the Pia Sundhage team for the Games.
