A partnership that promises to make a lot of noise in the Brazilian poker market. The Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP), one of the largest poker circuits in Latin America, has signed a sponsorship agreement with VBET, a global betting and entertainment company.
As a highlight of this unprecedented agreement, VBET becomes the master sponsor of the BSOP, and reinforces the brand’s commitment to the poker community and the growing Brazilian market.
Details of the agreement between BSOP and VBET
Recognized for attracting professional and amateur players from Brazil and around the world, the BSOP is one of the most prestigious series on the global poker circuit. Meanwhile, VBET continues its rapid expansion in Brazil. The company is a sponsor of Botafogo, the current champion of the Copa Libertadores and the Brasileirão.
According to Devanir Campos, co-CEO of BSOP, VBET’s investment will have a significant impact on the Brazilian poker and betting market. “This is the largest sponsorship deal for a poker event in history, and will certainly further accelerate the growth of an already expanding market. The partnership will allow the creation of larger events and new attractions, both in-person and digital,” he said.
The partnership’s main goal is to encourage closer ties between players and brands. There will be a strong focus on marketing activation, exclusive promotions and interactive experiences during BSOP events.
“Our goal is for this partnership to be long-lasting and to bring exceptional results for both parties. Through creative activations, exclusive promotions and an enhanced poker experience, we hope to drive the growth of this market together,” commented a VBET representative.
Finally, it is worth remembering that the partnership already has a set date for its debut. The brands will be together at the next Brazilian Poker Championship, the BSOP São Paulo. The stage starts today (13) and runs until March 19, at the WTC Sheraton.
