Neymar, Al Hilal striker, shone in a poker competition in the United States this Sunday (23). The football star raised 306 thousand dollars, equivalent to R$ 1.6 million, in an event full of sports and social media celebrities.

The player, known for his skills on the field, showed that he also knows how to play cards. During the night, Neymar shared the moment of victory on his social networks, displaying the amount won.

In addition to him, other celebrities participated in the tournament, such as basketball player Jimmy Butler, from the Miami Heat, who came in second place, taking home $122,850, approximately R$669,000.

Pedro Velasco also had a good performance, finishing in third place with 75,550 dollars, or R$411 thousand. Brazilian participation in the event did not stop there.

Jon Vlogs, digital influencer, and Luiz Rizental, known as Brazil God, represented the country in the dispute.

Among the other competitors were boxer Ryan Garcia and Dan Bilzerian, a well-known figure in the world of poker and social media. Thus, the night was marked by a lot of emotion and great plays, with Neymar proving once again his talent, now off the pitch.

Since October 2023, Neymar has been sidelined due to an injury to his left knee. The Al Hilal striker watched as a spectator the Brazilian team’s debut at the Copa América 2024, at the SoFi Stadium, in a game against Costa Rica this Monday (24).

Neymar watched the game alongside Miami Heat basketball player Jimmy Butler and other friends. During the break, he appeared on the screen, sending fans into euphoria.

The 32-year-old player was injured in October 2023 during a game between Brazil and Uruguay in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
