SOFTSWISS, a leading provider of iGaming software, is strengthening its commitment to men’s health with an expanded lineup of activities for Movember (Blue November), an initiative focused on saving the lives of men around the world.
So, building on the success of its first participation in 2023, the company is stepping up its efforts to support physical and mental well-being by encouraging open communication among employees.
This year’s slogan is: “Talk It Out! Act It Out!” Therefore, the 2024 campaign highlights the importance of addressing critical health issues, including prostate and testicular cancer, as well as mental health challenges.
Expansion of the Movember Movement at SOFTSWISS
Launched two decades ago, Movember has grown into a global movement with more than five million supporters. Its goal is to measurably improve health outcomes for men by 2030.
This year, eleven senior and middle managers from SOFTSWISS stepped forward as ambassadors for the project, using their social media platforms to raise awareness.
The popular Mustache Challenge will also feature participants who will start November clean-shaven and proudly display their mustaches at the end of the month. In other words, new activities include the launch of an anonymous mental health support channel for SOFTSWISS employees.
All in collaboration with an online psychological counseling service. Furthermore, to bring the campaign to life in all SOFTSWISS offices, a table football tournament will be held in Warsaw, Poznan and Tbilisi.
The value of self-care and well-being
Ivan Montik, founder of SOFTSWISS, commented: “Without good health, we cannot prosper in life or business. In our busy lives, it is very easy to ignore our well-being. At SOFTSWISS, we wholeheartedly embrace the value ‘WE CARE’.”
“So this is important not only in our work, but also in caring for ourselves and others. This Movember, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on what really matters. Prioritizing self-care is essential to building a successful future. Together, we can foster a culture of health and wellness that strengthens our community.”
Movember is part of a broader set of initiatives supported by SOFTSWISS, including global health campaigns like Pink October. During this period, the company reimburses ultrasound and mammography exams for its employees.
SOFTSWISS has distinguished itself in the iGaming sector by demonstrating a strong commitment to promoting high-level working conditions. Therefore, earlier this year, the company was honored with the prestigious “Employer of the Year” nomination at the SBC Awards.
