Panel 1: Legal Bases and User Rights Speaker: Carla Lima Carla Lima, lawyer and president of the Civil and Business Law Commission of the OAB in Gravatá/PE. Furthermore, she works as a teacher, privacy and data protection consultant, as well as DPO and Compliance Officer at Weebet.

Panel 2: Risk Management and Data Security Speaker: Luiz Augusto D’Urso Specialist in Digital Law, Luiz Augusto is a lawyer, president of the ABRACRIM National Cybercrime Commission, and Cybersecurity coordinator at ACSP. In addition, he is a professor at the MBA in Intelligence and Digital Business at FGV. Luiz is the author of reference works on LGPD and leads discussions on cybersecurity and data protection.

Panel 3: Digital Marketing and Data Protection: challenges and legal consequences Speaker: Roberta Guedes With more than 20 years of experience, Roberta Guedes is a leader in Privacy and Data Protection, awarded among the 20 most followed executives in 2024. Specialist in Business Law, Roberta brings in-depth insight into the integration of data protection in the financial, technological and regulatory.

Margotti is a criminal lawyer and legal consultant, with a doctorate and master’s degree in Criminal Law from UFMG and a specialization in Business Law from PucMinas. She is also a university professor, certified DPO and Compliance consultant focusing on cybercrime, business and data privacy. Furthermore, she is a member of OAB/MG, ICP and AMIG, directing her expertise in the regulation of sports betting.
