The SOFTSWISS casino platform, an award-winning software solution for online casinos, integrates AI (artificial intelligence) into event streaming and updates its bonus API.

Regularly used by 80% of users, the event streaming feature facilitates real-time monitoring of casino players’ actions and transmits continuous statistics.

In the latest SOFTSWISS update, this functionality has been expanded to cover additional events such as casino tournaments, player updates, prizes, balance transactions, payment topics and more.

AI helps operators create targeted audiences

The casino platform goes a step further by integrating predictive analytics, specifically AI-powered event streaming.

The updated suite leverages machine learning to generate predictive data including anticipated Lifetime Value (LTV), churn rates, and detect substandard affiliate traffic.

Therefore, predictive data helps operators create target audiences, identify VIP players and detect those at risk of leaving.

Therefore, armed with information, they can better engage these groups, potentially increasing player retention and reducing expenses.

By identifying low-quality traffic, operators can adjust and optimize advertising resources accordingly. Additionally, event stream data increases the accuracy of issuing custom bonuses via the Bonus API.

So, this feature recently received an update with a “full duration” attribute, merging the bonus activation and wagering periods.

Another improvement includes the direct activation of free spins via the bonus API, resolving the previous issue where free spins were issued but had not yet been activated.

SOFTSWISS will be present at ICE London 2024

Ivan Borschyov, Director of Commercial Operations at the Casino Platform, commented: “We are excited to reveal the latest updates to the SOFTSWISS casino platform, which include the integration of machine learning into event streaming and simplified bonus management.

Thus, these improvements allow operators to have more efficient and data-based tools for player engagement and business optimization.

Accurate forecasting and planning allows operators to predict changes in player activity and proactively reduce risks.

Therefore, we are confident that these innovations will set a new standard in online game management, further solidifying SOFTSWISS’ leadership in the industry.”

Last year, the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform achieved GLI-19 certification. This was able to speed up the entry into the market of new operators interested in using the company’s Turnkey Solution.

The SOFTSWISS team will be present at ICE London 2024 on stand N8-231. This will be an opportunity to share your latest advances and discuss your products with the iGaming community.
