The Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) has granted BetMGM a new accreditation. In order to receive the RG Check, the organization is required to go through a rigorous process where its responsible gaming program is fully evaluated. This includes staff training platforms, player protection measures, policies and procedures in place.
BetMGM has submitted its US, Ontario and Borgata online betting platforms for accreditation. As part of the process, the RGC would also have delivered a series of recommendations on how BetMGM could improve its responsible gaming programmes.
