SCCG Founder and CEO Stephen Crystal announced the addition of Matt Di Giorgio as Director of Talent Recruitment for the company.
Matt Di Giorgio has over 20 years of executive experience with a strong focus on Human Resources. He worked for Michael Page International as a consultant and billing manager early in his career and more recently became the “go-to” search consultant for a number of new and established players in the broad gaming ecosystem.
He also services some of the new technology companies in Silicon Valley. Di Giorgio will be leading the company’s practice in the Gambling Talent Recruitment category.
In this role, Di Giorgio is primarily focused on executive searches at the VP level and above, whether in the product, marketing, IT, finance or HR disciplines. He will personally oversee all projects, with the support of an established research team and all the latest candidate attraction tools and technologies.

Stephen stressed that it is always very interesting to be with colleagues from all over the planet, to meet old and new friends, especially after the suspension of the event last year. “It’s great to be back,” said the executive, who resides in Las Vegas, in the United States.
As he lives in the ‘Gambling Capital of the World’, he insisted on reinforcing that the city is doing very well, receiving more events, festivals and visitors in its gaming rooms and casinos. “Las Vegas is Las Vegas and there is only one”, he pondered.
Regarding the Brazilian market, Stephen A. Crystal admitted that it is not yet possible to say when the regulatory process will be finalized. Therefore, many players are waiting to enter the country only when everything is formally resolved.
The SCCG founder, in turn, understands that Brazil is the next big opportunity for the industry and has everything to become one of the biggest betting markets on the planet.
