The SOFTSWISS team dedicated to the management of anti-fraud services completed the training course in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD), granted by the International Compliance Association (ICA).
Certification will now help the team to increase the level of support provided, by building expertise in the area of KYC procedures and applying the knowledge gained in practice.
The certification course helped to hone the skills of the professionals on the anti-fraud team. The team was built on their expertise in performing customer history security checks. The course results help to increase objectivity in terms of solving conflicts between operator and player.
In addition, training will reduce overall case resolution time by streamlining existing KYC processes. Certification from the International Compliance Association is recognized globally and is a standard of competence in the area of financial crimes and identity theft.
