The pandemic has forced the betting industry to reconsider some operating procedures, looking for ways to provide a better gaming experience. Therefore, the Gaming Americas Meetup will have a series of debates to assess how the market is changing. Fernando Garita, from leading operator Betcris, will be on one of the panels.
Garita, the Head of Business Development at Betcris, will be one of the participants in the “Debate: Is Latin America learning from European mistakes?”. The seminar will be moderated by Country Manager of Betmotion Brasil, Angelo Alberoni, and will be attended by Playtech’s policy director, Francesco Rodano.
Betcris participation in the growth of the sector in Latin America
As the Latin American industry is still at an early stage, the conversation will address how the segment is developing what to expect going forward.
Garita and the CEO of Betcris, JD Duarte, as well as the rest of the company, were instrumental in defining the functioning of the sports game and other betting modalities in Latin America.
Working with different regulations that vary from country to country, Betcris worked tirelessly to help implement a gambling strategy that could be applied to all of Latin America.
And, it has also been instrumental in creating protocols and policies that ensure greater integrity among operators, as well as sports organizations.
The debate with the participation of the company’s Head of Business Development will take place between 9:00 pm and 9:45 pm in Brasília time, next Thursday, on January 28th.
Registrations can now be made on the Gaming Americas website and, for those unable to follow live, a subtitled recording of the panel in English will be available 48 hours after the end of the seminars.
The fully virtual meeting will provide insight into the global betting industry. In addition to the focus on Latin American activity, attention will also be focused on the legislation of the US market and how the Canadian gaming scene presents itself for this year.
