Due to the still uncertain scenario caused by the pandemic and with the intention of ensuring the well-being of the guests, speakers and sponsors, the EGR organization opted to completely migrate its event to digital. Therefore, the EGR Power LatAm Virtual Summit 2021 will be held on February 10.
The event will bring together leading companies in the iGaming sector that operate or are evaluating entering the Latin American market. And as it has become a tradition, the conference will have a series of presentations and panels with experts from all over the industry, with the aim of discussing changes in regulations and market advances.
One of the novelties of this edition will be the opportunity to increase the contact network through the online platform. After registering to participate in EGR Power LatAm, participants will be able to join the community in order to connect with all the guests, partners and representatives of the main players in the segment.
In addition, this tool allows subscribers to see who will be present at the event, forward direct messages and connect their Linkedin profile to expand their network. Recalling that those interested will be able to access both the desktop and the official app of the event. Registration can be done here.
Brazilian market to be highlighted at EGR Power LatAm Virtual Summit
With the title: “Gaining strength: will 2021 be the year of Brazil?”, The panel aimed at the national market is expected to close the event’s program. Seen with the potential to be one of the largest game markets in the world when regulated, everyone is paying attention in Brazil.
The discussion will also address what to expect from the progress made in 2020, that is, the decision of the Federal Supreme Court breaking the monopoly of the federal government in lotteries, as well as what is still being evaluated in the country, including tax rates, regulations of Law No. 13,756 / 2018 and the impact of the pandemic.
The moderation will be with Witoldo Hendrich Júnior (founding partner of Online IPS and Hendrich Advogados), while the panel will have Alessandro Valente (igaming specialist in Latin America and co-founder of Super Afiliados), André Gelfi (managing director Brazil of Betsson ), Thomas Carvalhaes (manager and ‘product owner’ from Brazil and Latin America at Hero Gaming) and Luiz Felipe Maia (founding partner of FYMSA Advogados).
