The dates for the Brazilian Gaming Congress (BgC) and the São Paulo Affiliate Conference (SPAC) have been changed. Initially, the events would take place on December 6, 7 and 8 in São Paulo. The company responsible for organizing both events, Clarion Events reported the postponement to next year.

The postponement of BgC and SPAC occurred as a result of the pandemic developments of the new coronavirus. “We thank you for your understanding and are working to provide opportunities for interaction and content in 2020”, declared Sergio Jardim, general director of Clarion, to the Games Magazine Brasil portal.

BgC é uma conferência que promove a discussão em torno do processo regulatório de jogos no território nacional e acontece desde 2013. Já a SPAC é um evento voltado para aplicação do marketing de afiliados na área de igaming.

Despite the impossibility of holding events in their traditional model, Clarion is working to provide opportunities for interaction and content even in 2020.

About Clarion Events Brasil

Clarion Events is responsible for the only conference in Brazil that provides the meeting of professionals, companies and authorities related to the gaming industry worldwide. Originally, BgC and SPAC would take place on the premises of the Hotel Tivoli Mofarrej, in the city of São Paulo.

The BgC receives representatives from the area, exhibitors, speakers, operators, companies, regulators and the specialized press. Last year’s event had about 400 participants with 22 sponsoring brands, 10 seminars and several specialists.

SPAC is a space for operators and other professionals in the betting segment to learn more about this new marketing model. In the 2019 edition, the program promoted openings so that affiliates could establish businesses that are still little explored on the national scene.
