SBC continues to organize events for the gaming industry worldwide, but has had to switch to virtual formats because of the coronavirus pandemic. The next meeting scheduled as part of the Global Betting & Gaming Show is the SBC Summit Barcelona – Digital Event, between 8-11 September.

Inviting leaders in the iGaming and sports games industries to provide their views on the evolution of games, the panels will focus on new products, regulations and challenges that directly impact the industry.

The debate “Understanding and reaching Latin American players” will take place on September 9th. The conversation will count on the CEO of Betcris, JD Duarte, the co-founder of Super Afiliados, Alessandro Valente, and the marketing director of Caliente Interactive for Latin America, Fernanda Sainz. The moderator will be Calvin Ayre’s main reporter, Becky Liggero.

With the title “With more operators entering Latin America, competition for customers has never been so intense”, the bilingual seminar will examine how established brands and startups are competing for a larger share of the market. And, how operators can combine advertising, sponsorships and affiliations to achieve greater reach.

In addition, the SBC Summit Barcelona will have a panel on payment-related activities, “Facing the Latin American Payments Problem”.

The debate will be led by Andres Vargas from Betcris’ Account Management Payment Solutions Team. Vargas has been involved with the company’s payment solutions since 2010. And, he has also been active in expanding and entering Betcris in the markets of Latin American countries.
