Caixa Econômica Federal announced that all Caixa Lottery bets will have new values starting July 9. Among the modalities included in the update are Dupla Sena, Quina, Lotofácil, Mega-Sena, Loteca and Super Sete.
The objective of this measure is to ensure the sustainability of each lottery modality, thus increasing the value of the prizes offered and also increasing social transfers destined to different areas of the country.
According to Caixa Econômica Federal, the decision was made to maintain responsible and transparent management of the lotteries. Furthermore, the institution emphasizes that the adjustments are necessary to ensure the continuity of transfers to social initiatives, which benefit millions of people throughout Brazil.
“The update aims to maintain the sustainability of the modalities, increase the prize values and increase social transfers that benefit millions of Brazilians”, informed Caixa Econômica Federal.

In Loteca, you can place bets from 6am on the opening day; then, the count takes place at 6pm on the draw date. The minimum bet is R$4.00, with a double bet required.
