Two more Brazilians have fulfilled their dream of becoming millionaires by winning the Mega-Sena lottery. These are two bettors from the upstate of São Paulo who correctly guessed the six numbers in the 2838th Mega-Sena lottery, held this Tuesday (11). Each will receive a prize of R$5,958,829.78.

The two bettors who got all the numbers right bet on just 6 Mega-Sena numbers. The first game was held at the Leão o Reio da Sorte Lottery House in Itapira. The other lucky winner is from Jundiaí. The latter bet was made online.

The estimate for the next draw, on Thursday (13), is R$3.5 million.

The drawn numbers were: 04 – 07 – 29 – 32 – 36 – 53.

The quina had 73 winning bets, each one will win R$ 31,673.49. The quadra registered 4,204 winners who will individually receive a prize of R$ 785.70.

Bets can be placed until 7:00 p.m. (Brasília time) on the day of the draw, at Caixa-accredited lottery outlets throughout the country or online. A single game, with six numbers marked, costs R$5.

How to play Mega-Sena?

In Mega-Sena, players can become millionaires by matching all six numbers drawn. It is also possible to win smaller prizes by matching four or five of the sixty numbers available on the betting slip.

To participate, the player must mark between six and twenty numbers on the ticket or opt for the “Surpresinha” option, where the system chooses the numbers randomly. There is also the “Teimosinha” option to compete with the same bet in multiple successive draws.

Betting and pool information

The minimum bet, which covers six numbers, costs R$5.00. The more numbers the player chooses, the higher the cost, but the chances of winning the grand prize also increase.

The Mega-Sena Pool allows group bets, which is a practical strategy for those looking to share costs. To participate, the player fills in the specific field on the ticket or asks the lottery attendant for assistance.

The minimum value for a syndicate is R$15.00, with each share costing at least R$6.00. A syndicate can have between two and one hundred shares, and accepts up to ten bets, all with the same number of predictions.

In addition, players can purchase shares in lottery syndicates organized by lottery shops, either in person or online through the official website, paying an additional service fee of up to 35%. However, online share purchases must be completed by 7:30 p.m. on the day of the draw, with a minimum value of R$20.00.
