How does the special contest work?
The Lotofácil da Independência prize does not accumulate. This means that, if no bettor matches all 15 numbers in the main range, the value will be divided between those who match 14 numbers and so on.
This is Lotofácil‘s 13th special competition. The biggest prize paid to date occurred in 2023, when R$200 million was divided between 65 bets.
How to bet on Lotofácil da Independência
You can mark 15 to 20 numbers on the Lotofácil ticket, which has 25 numbers available. Another option is to let the system choose the numbers for you, through the “surprise”.
To win, you must match 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15 numbers, with 15 being the maximum prize. Bets can be placed at lottery outlets or online, and the minimum cost is R$3 per game.
Pools
Group betting is an option through the pools. To participate, select the lottery option on the steering wheel or ask the lottery attendant.
Each participant receives an individual receipt and is entitled to a share, which makes it possible to receive the prize separately.
Pool prices start at R$12, and each share cannot be less than R$4. The maximum number of shares per bet varies depending on the number of numbers selected.
