Four lucky people from Caeté, in Greater BH, will share the prize of R$ 8,718,980.56 from contest 2697 of Dupla Sena. They bought shares of a R$2.50 jackpot, equivalent to the value of a single ticket with six tens. The draw took place on Monday night (05), at Espaço da Sorte, in São Paulo.
How to bet on Dupla Sena
The lottery “Baú dos Milhos Loterias” received the winning bet. The numbers drawn were:
- 03 – 11 – 13 – 30 – 32 – 42 in the first draw
- 06 – 24 – 25 – 26 – 40 – 50 in the second draw.
This past Tuesday (06), the city of Caeté is in an uproar, with everyone wanting to know who the new Dupla Sena millionaires are. The complete prize pool looked like this:
Prizes – 1st Draw:
- 6 hits: 1 winning bet – R$ 8,718,980.56
- 5 hits: 22 winning bets – R$ 6,560.80
- 4 hits: 1,511 winning bets – R$ 109.17
- 3 hits: 30,656 winning bets – R$ 2.69
Prizes – 2nd Draw:
- 6 hits: There were no winners
- 5 hits: 22 winning bets – R$5,904.72
- 4 hits: 1,617 winning bets – R$ 102.01
- 3 hits: 29,797 winning bets – R$ 2.76
Thus, with just one Dupla Sena ticket, the bettor has twice the chance of winning, as there are two draws per contest.
You win by matching 3, 4, 5 or 6 numbers in the first and/or second draws. Therefore, the player must choose 6 to 15 numbers from the 50 available.
The price of a simple bet, with six numbers, is R$2.50. Bets can be placed on both the special competition ticket and the regular Dupla Sena ticket. Another option is to request a Surpresinha at the terminal.
Participating in rallies
To increase your chances of winning, you can participate in sweepstakes. Just form a group, choose the bet numbers, select the number of odds and register at any lottery in the country. Thus, each participant receives a quota receipt that allows them to redeem their share of the prize individually.
It is also possible to purchase shares of pools organized by lotteries. Just ask the attendant for the number of odds you want and keep the receipt to check the bet on the day of the draw. In this case, an additional service fee of up to 35% of the quota value may be charged.
In Dupla Sena, prize pools have a minimum price of R$10. Each share cannot be less than R$2.50. It is possible to create a pool of at least two and a maximum of 50 shares.
But you can, at most, place ten bets per pool and all must contain the same number of prediction numbers. The next Dupla Sena draw is this Wednesday (07).
