Minas Gerais Lottery (LEMG) is expanding its games portfolio with new initiatives. LEMG announced Public Consultation/Hearing Notice No. 001/2024 last Wednesday (3).
This notice marks the beginning of the process for accreditation of Technical Testing and Certification Laboratories for official lottery games in the state.
These laboratories will be responsible for carrying out rigorous evaluations of the products and services offered to bettors. So, they will check:
- All features of lottery systems
- From bet capture terminals
- From online platforms
- Of related components
Minas Gerais Lottery wants to guarantee reliability with certifications
In this way, the certifications issued by these laboratories will guarantee the integrity and safety of the games. The objective is to follow the highest international quality standards, so that there is no room for fraud and manipulation of results.
This initiative is aligned with LEMG’s “Strategic Planning 2023-2024”, which has a priority focus on innovation.
The strategy seeks to enable another century of uninterrupted operations, achieving maximum efficiency in the commercial exploitation of regulated games with contracted concessionaires.
The daily management of the business is challenged to constantly improve the results of official lottery operations in the market. The accreditation of laboratories is essential to support the quality standards that already exist in the products and services offered to bettors from Minas Gerais.
Furthermore, this process will indicate new paths for even more consistent technical evolution, always with total transparency and legality, essential values for Loteria Mineira.
