Expectations are high for the 2,730th Mega-Sena contest, which will take place today (28), starting at 8 pm, at Espaço da Sorte, on Avenida Paulista, nº 750, in São Paulo.
The draw will be broadcast live on Caixa’s YouTube channel and Loterias Caixa’s Facebook page.
Income from the Mega-Sena prize in savings accounts exceeds R$400 thousand
With an accumulated main prize of R$75 million, the draw is even more special because it is a contest with a zero ending, which means that the prize received an additional amount from the collections from the five previous contests, according to the modality’s rules.
So, to compete, interested parties can place their bets until 7pm at lottery outlets accredited by Caixa, across the country, or online. Thus, the simple game, with six numbers marked, costs R$5.
If just one winner takes the main prize and invests the entire amount in savings, they will receive more than R$422,000 in income in the first month.
Estimated prize from Quina de São João is R$220 million
In addition to Mega-Sena, attention turns to Quina de São João, with a prize estimated at R$220 million. Bets are already being placed on specific tickets, in lottery outlets across the country.
Caixa will hold the draw for competition 6,462 at Quina de São João on June 22nd this year.
Each simple bet to participate in the contest costs R$2.50, and you need to choose five to 15 numbers from the 80 available on the card. Prizes are for those who match two, three, four or five numbers.
Quina de São João does not accumulate. Thus, the division of the prize between the winners in the other bands will occur if there are no winners in the main band, according to the rules of the sport.
To give you an idea, if there is only one winner of the Quina de São João prize and he chooses to invest the entire amount in savings, he will receive more than R$1.2 million in income in the first month.
