Lottopar‘s Special Accreditation Committee brings an important announcement for those interested in the Fixed Odds Betting (AQF) modality. The entity informs the suspension of the accreditation period as established by Notice nº 001/2023.

This measure becomes necessary considering the recent publication, on May 15, which announced the opening of a new accreditation period. However, to ensure full functioning and necessary adaptation, it became imperative to make adjustments before proceeding with the new accreditation period.

It is essential to highlight that the suspension of the notice in question does not cause harm to potential interested parties, nor to the Public Administration. According to the official note, it aims to ensure that the process occurs in a transparent and efficient manner.

The reopening of the accreditation period will be announced as soon as the necessary adjustments are completed. This way, all interested parties will be able to participate in a fair and equal way.

Lottopar at the Ibero-American Games Summit

Lottopar represented state lotteries at the 8th Ibero-American Gaming Summit, held in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from May 13th to 15th. This meeting brought together more than 150 industry leaders, aiming to discuss regulatory challenges in the face of technological advancement and share good practices among regulated markets.

At the event, participants signed a memorandum to exchange information between regulators from ten countries, discussing topics such as regulation, internationalization, security and innovation.

Furthermore, those present reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening communication between the public and private sectors, promoting a regulated and safe environment for everyone involved.

Lottopar’s CEO, Daniel Romanowski, highlighted the importance of the regulated market to boost economic growth, create jobs and promote innovation.
