Last Tuesday (05), the Secretary of Administration and Pensions, Elisandro Pires Frigo, and the Chief Executive Officer of Lottopar, Daniel Romanowski, met with the General Director of the State Secretariat, Marcia Cristina Rebonato do Valle.
The meeting focused on the strategic alignment between these bodies of the Government of Paraná and the budget planning for the year 2024.
Lottopar presents its strategic plan for 2024
During the meeting, Lottopar presented the next steps in its strategic planning for this year. Among the new features, the launch of notices for lottery predictions, passive and instantaneous modalities stands out.
The entity presented how these modalities will begin operating.
Thus, the important role that Lottopar can play in collaborating with the Government of Paraná in the development of public policies was emphasized. In other words, the State Lottery will allocate a significant part of the resources collected for investments in:
- Public security
- Public housing
- Social actions and projects
The money will come precisely from the concession of these lottery modalities and sports betting and will directly benefit the entire population.
In addition to the aforementioned representatives, the Administrative and Financial Director of Lottopar, Rogério Cesar Nogueira, was present at the meeting.
Recently, Lottopar achieved an important milestone by being authorized in the Financial Activities Control System (Siscoaf) as a regulator.
This way, it will be able to confidentially communicate with control bodies about suspicious activities related to money laundering. Therefore, the action represents a fundamental step in combating illicit practices in the world of sports betting.
