New lottery, +Milionária will draw a minimum prize of R$ 10 million on Saturdays

Caixa Econômica Federal will soon confirm that +Milionária, the new type of lottery, will draw a minimum prize of R$ 10 million weekly. In addition, the new lottery service in Brazil will be the only one to guarantee a minimum double-digit prize pool.

The first draw of Caixa’s new lottery is scheduled for May 28. Therefore, the contests promoted by +Millionária will always take place on Saturdays and the single bet will cost six reais.

According to the rules already established by the Lotteries segment of the state bank, the player needs to choose six tens from 1 to 50 and two ‘clovers’ from 1 to 6. balls and then two numbers on the globe counting six balls.

The main prize will be passed on to the lucky person who guesses all six tens and two clovers. Of the amount obtained by Caixa Lotteries, almost half of the amount will be allocated to social programs, in accordance with current legislation.

Authorization and details for +Milionária operation

On April 18, the Federal Government, through the Ministry of Economy, made official the creation of this new lottery category. The ordinance of the Official Gazette (DOU) also indicated that the +Milionária award will not be cumulative.

“The ‘stubborn’ bet is also allowed, which comprises the repetition, in a finite number of consecutive and contiguous contests, of the same forecasts recorded in a given contest, from this one”, according to a publication in a government vehicle.

Thus, the new type of lottery arrives to be the new lottery of Caixa Econômica Federal. Currently, the banking institution has the following contests: Mega-Sena, Quina, Lotofácil, Lotomania, Dupla Sena, Timemania, Dia de Sorte and Super Sete.
