Mega-Sena grants millions of reais to the lucky one who hits the six drawn numbers. You can still win prizes by guessing four or five dozen out of the 60 available on the betting wheel.
To compete, the player must mark from six to 15 numbers, and may even let the system choose the numbers (Surpresinha) and/or compete with the same bet for 2, 4 or 8 consecutive contests (Teimosinha). Mega-Sena draws take place twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The minimum bet, of six numbers, costs $4.50. The more you score, the higher the stake and the greater your chances of winning the most coveted prize in the country.
